President Bush says that he wants to fix the U.S. health care system as the prices are increasing at twice the rate of peoples wages.
This will soon become disasterous for Americans who can't afford health care.
The proposal is tax breaks for people who choose to buy insurance thus providing a level playing field for people who have insurance through their work or on their own.
