Well, a Conservative motion passed today in the House of Commons in Canada. The motion to ban bulk drug exports to the U.S.
I touched on this a month ago, and it looks like it is almost said and done. And Yes, this is a good thing, as the motion would still allow the individual to order Drugs from online Canadian Pharmacies.
Most Canadian Pharmaies are in favour of this motion because everyone wins. Sure, pharmacies will not be able to send mass quantities of Lipitor accross the border, but the fortunate individual that goes to the trouble of faxing in their prescrition, ordering online or over the phone, and then waiting patiently for their order to arrive will certainly benefit from this.
